Whatevering does not include intimacy - for that I would use other words. Various activities that include mental (for me), <physical>, chat, tele-path-ic stuff.

Thank you for whatevering with me! (said at the end of a stream,for example)

a dance done by holding out your arms and shaking your upper torso side to side... usually while sitting down.

"Hey Sandra, what do you want to do?" asks Rachel. Sandra responds "Whatever..."
*Rachel starts whatevering...*
"Look!! I'm whatevering!!" says Rachel.

Meaning 'it doesn't matter" or "I don't care". Usually used is a casual conversation with friends, also great for texting.

Friend: "Don't you want to clean up first?"

You: " Eh, whatever's whatever."
