South Africa slang for getting drunk... Intensive form is para-wettied. Can also be spelt wettyed (para-wettyed). An alcholic drink is described as a Wetty, and it can also be used to describe the act of drinking.

"I'm getting parawettied tonight!"
"Lets go get a wetty?"
"Have you got a wetty?"
"Did you get wettied?"
"Dylan was parawettied last night!"
