A lesser medium for connecting to the internet. Basically a box with a modem and the ability to browse the internet through your TV. A cheaper way to connect to the internet without having to purchase a computer. Since it's not a computer, you can't save, listen to music, or download anything. But at least it gets you online. Doesn't mean it doesn't suck.

WebTV is a device that allows you to connect to the internet using your TV and phone line. It is one of the worst products ever created and people who use them are despised just like AOL lusers are.
