A Pakistani boy, who is incredibly manipulative, deceiving, conniving, and has no moral value. He treats other people like trash, and he doesn't care. He may be friendly, but he will make your life hell if you cross him once. He has the ability to manipulate others to do what he wants
"Hey have you seen Waqas Ali?"
"No, but he fucking stole my books and he won't give them back. He wants me to give him fifteen bucks."
"What did you do?"
"I won a bet and he paid me five bucks, but he stole my books."
