This is the douche at the gym, who sits on a machine but barely ever uses it and plays on the phone. When they do use it, the do baby reps, and slam the weights down.

"Look at that creepy wait watcher."

Could be a collector, a content creator, or a streetwise operative — either way, they’re always watching wrists.
