Wackford Squares

A British man, who frequently prances around in ridiculous costumes pointing at random people saying, "Ehh was it because of the Mrs. Squares!" Often takes great joy in making a total fool of himself.

Wow, my teacher is the biggest Wackford Squares I have ever seen in my entire high school career.
