Visceraphobia 

Fear of internal organs. Viscera the latin word for internal organs. Looking at or even just thinking about them or the sight of them can cause an extrme reaction. Often have to avoid situations where they may show up such as specific biology classes or butchers.

Person 1: Whats a job nobody could convince you to have even with an extremely high salary?

Person 2: I could never be a surgeon, I have Visceraphobia.
