A scale of rating girls from 1-10. However, no girl (regardless of how hot) can ever reach a 10; also, black chicks get a disadvantage and can never reach 5

PersonA: "Hey, what do you think of megan fox?"

PersonB: "On Victor's scale... she's a 7"

PersonA: "How about beyonce?"

PersonB: "...3"
