A fictional "cure" for the HIV/AIDS virus.

Its pharmaceutical name is a shortening of "try no ass at all".

Guy: Hey, they found a cure for AIDS!
Girl: Really?!?!
Guy: Yeah, it's called Trinoacidol! HAHA!
