Tits Vertical

A synonym to "tits up," it asserts that things have totally gone to shit, been ruined or otherwise spoiled.

I saw a band play a local bar, with shoddy equipment, a drunken sound guy and a hipster audience. Needless to say, it was tits vertical by the second song.
