Kind of like a fig newton but a tig newton. It originated through a conversation between a person from Michigan and one from Massachusetts. It is sometimes used to call someone a name. It can be used tig newton, tig, tigalicious newt, tigalicious def, cotton headed tiggy muggins, tiggy tiggy newt newt and tiggy smalls.
