Thick skull syndrome

It basically just means you have a thick ass skull and no information can get through or the information gets filtered as it goes through your skull. So when the information gets to your brain it just fills in what it wants the information to say.

To take something small, that doesn't quite qualify as a theft. Probably from the Danish "skæv" or the Dutch "scheef", both of which are pronounced similarly, meaning "askew, or not quite right'. To change an item's ownership without permission, but only something small and of little worth.
