A phrase used by itself to describe an occurrence that was absurd, ridiculous, exaggerated, or dramatic. Usually emphasized more than once for severity.
Katrina: "We need to talk about last night."

Dara: "Girl, we did the most."

Katrina: "It was the whole cat."

Dara: "The whole cat."
