The Shart Rule

This is a nationally recognized rule that all persons are allowed two sharts a year without receiving any slander. Once an individual reaches the age of 50, one shart is added to their yearly limit(3 total sharts). Once this individual hits 70 they awarded unlimited sharts. If said person exceeds the shart limit they are then subject to slander. If said individual does not reach the quota, there are no rollover sharts.
“Did you hear that Ryan broke the shart rule? That’s 2 years in a row!”

“I just sharted myself , only one more until I have surpassed the shart rule.”

The Rolling Start Rule

The Rolling Start Rule TRSR is a rule for No Nut November. The rule allows you to roll into No Nut November NNN a bit late if you celebrated Halloween the night before. There just isnt enough time between Halloween (October 31st) and No Nut November (November 1st). Most people who spent all night enjoying the BEST HOLIDAY all year (Halloween) have been out partying, trickortreating, or doing some other holiday stuff all night. But if you dont get home until past midnight the regular No Nut November rule can be a problem because it says you cant nut past 12:00 midnight at the start of November 1st. That incorrect rule directly conflicts hardcore Halloween enjoyers who also would like to compete in No Nut November. So The Rolling Start Rule was created to give Halloween enjoyers a bit more leniency. According to this rule YOU ARE allowed to cleanse your urges and desire once more before starting the long grind of No Nut November. This rule was ideally made to be used in the brief period of time between getting home past midnight on the night of Halloween and before you go to sleep. Then you can do it one last time before starting the true No Nut November. But if you want to be very generous it could go as long as 11:59 PM the night before November 2nd. That's the ABSOLUTE latest time you get to use The Rolling Start Rule. Dont be greedy! This rule is not meant for cheaters of No Nut November. Its meant to help Halloween enjoyers out. So use The Rolling Start Rule wisely people.
The Rolling Start Rule is an official rule of No Nut November. It's legal.

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.

The Poppies are at no. 17? God, a grebo band in the charts!
