Sneaky son of a bitch that likes to steal things, smoke weed, and date midgets so that he feels that his penis is bigger. He plans to take ofver the world and steal the chinese women and thier small dogs

The red bandit dated a midget named jess who is refered to as a fischer price hoop while the red bandit is a womens basket ball smaller than a mens basketball, so he plays with his fischer price hoop to feel bigger than the mens basketballs, but one day the fischer price hoop went to the park and let everyone play on it so the red badit broke that hoop.
