Teleglot

Teleglot is a sub-language of code-words used by Newscasters on a Television broadcast or Radio broadcasts. The code words are intended to be understood by the viewer or listener.
Famously, these words are used to mask resists reporting. Raciest terms like “Urban-Youth” are Teleglot, but Teleglot is often used as well when Newscasters are under strict censorship and yet must report the news. Things like using made up words like “Isragypts” referenced in the book The Lathe of Heaven by Ursula K. Le Guin to avoid discussing touchy political matters.
"That was teleglot for the New Arab Republic/Israel alliance. “I think Gupta's speech in Delhi shows that he's preparing for that eventuality." - The Lathe of Heaven by Ursula K. Le Guin
