"Tea Sipper" is a mildly derogatory term to describe someone who is English and perceived as two-faced, hypocritical, and shares prejudiced attitudes about others. At the surface level, a "Tea sipper" may be seen as polite, but in reality have no empathy and never genuinely mean well to others. They are also often described as amoral or cynical.
