This is use in ethnic neighborhoods or the ghetto where the term simply is a short way of saying; to exalt, or to pretend; or to exaggerate on something or someone when it's not really that important or of actual value-Farrah Denson

I know he ain't ridding around stuntin' in his girlfriends car with that new chick he just pick up. Chick in this term means girl or women.
