Devil's Strip 

The grassy area between the street and the sidewalk.
This term is unique to the Akron, Ohio area.

The city can plant trees, or come and dig up the devil's strip
without the permission of the resident that pays tax on this land. The "devil" in this case is a vague reference to the Tax collector/government in general.

Cadbury’s Landing Strip

The residue left on the inside of undergarments from not wiping ones anus properly.

I was sorting out the washing and detected a foul stench. Inspecting my husbands boxer shorts I noticed that the offending smell was the result of a rather large Cadbury’s Landing Strip plastered to the gusset.

strip scrabble

A game in the vein of strip poker, where the goal is to lose as little clothing as possible. Play follows the standard Scrabble rules, with the following modifications:

- A player who cannot score higher than the previous player must remove an article of clothing.
- If a player 'challenges' a word and wins, he can put an article of clothing back on; if he loses, he must remove an article of clothing.
- The winner may make any one request of the losing players.

It is suggested that players agree on the definition of 'article of clothing' before play commences.

I played strip Scrabble with some of the language majors over at Wellesley the other night. Didn't go so well for me.

strip six

AMERICAN FOOTBALL: a fumble returned for a touchdown.

The term is similar to a pick six except that the latter results from an interception.

FAN 1: "Did you see that linebacker knock the pigskin out of the quarterback's hands, then pick it up and score?"

FAN 2: "Yeah, but save your breath and call it a strip six."

strip study 

A study game played between a couple in which a person is quizzed by their SO on concepts that he or she needs to know for their upcoming exam. For every question the quiz taker answers correctly, their test giver removes an article of clothing. For every incorrect answer, their SO puts an additional article of clothing on. Much like strip poker in terms of concept.

Brad: How did you do on your marketing exam?
John: pretty well, since Molly and I did some strip studying for practice.
Brad: That's pretty cool how you can prepare for an exam and get naked with your girlfriend at the same time.
John: Yeah, I know, right? I got an A and 2 D's!
Brad: I see what you did there.
