Very, very angry, and probably about to strangle you. It refers to Star Trek's character Mr. Spock, who can be a very pissed off alien if somebody dares mention his human mother, and therefore provokes an emotional reaction in him. It is not, under any circumstances, an advisable move.

Spock Syndrome
a condition in which one has the character of Spock or a full Vulcan and only knows logic instead of accepted social norms and traditions that make no sense.
A man walks into a gym naked and starts working out. Two gym employees walk up to him to confront him.
Gym worker 1: "Hey, what the hell are you doin'? Why aren't you wearing clothes?"
Spock Syndrome Guy: "It isn't logical to wear clothes to the gym. I get all sweaty and only wear them about two hours then they need to be washed again."
Gym Worker 2: "But you have to wear clothes!"
SSG: "Why?"
GW 1: "Because that's the rules!"
SSG: "Why is it a rule?"
GW 1: "It just is!"
SSG: "I do not understand."
GW 2: "Forget it, dude, he's got Spock Syndrome."
GW 1: "What a weirdo! Who uses logic to decide how they live their lives!?"

Spock Shock
A nickname for the Vulcan nerve pinch, a technique used to render another lifeform unconscious by pinching a pressure point at the base of the victim’s neck with all four fingers opposing the thumb.
Guard: What the hell are you doing?
Lone Starr: Uh… a Spock Shock?
Guard: No, no, stupid. You’ve got it much too high. It’s down here where the shoulder meets the neck.
Lone Starr: Like this?
Guard: Yeah! (faints)

Spock Shock
A spock shock is performed by seperating the middle and ring finger while keeping the index and middle fingers together, as well as the ring and pinky fingers. After proper finger configuration, one inserts the the index/middle pair into the vagina while simultaneously inserting the ring/pinky pair into the anus. With a succusfull "spock shock", you should open of new world of pleasure for your mate, allowing her to live long... and prosper.
