Scoop de Woop

A word used for emphasizing actions that would otherwise be normal. Many forms of "Scoop de woop" are known such as Scoop de Mutha fuckin' woop, Scoop de Black Magic woop, Scoop de bopolis, Scoopin', and many more forms
