Contraction of 'still not necessary'. Used during disputes when wishing to confuse and potentially outwit one's adversary, in order to gain split-second opportunity to depart.

It's sti'nt'sary to use so many apostrophes and contractions when simply writing the full word will do.

A week-long event in Springfield College that differs for student and faculty; for faculty, it is a week-long ongoing 'carnival', with many activities; for students, it is a week-long drinking experience, in which it is tradition to become as fucked up as possible.
