Ruul is that guy. He will be making posts and comments about politics on Facebook, usually "something something uneducated liberals something". He went to learn to become a chef but after a month of learning quit. He then spent a year sleeping and being a disappointment to his parents in general, likely a pothead.
Drives without a license, saying the license doesn't drive.
He likes his women young, when his friends call him out on being a pedo he says: "She may look 12 but she's 16 I swear."
