On the internet, lol can be placed any and everywhere in a sentence and the sentence will still make sense.

A: Hey lol
B: lol hey
A: lol how you doing lol
B: I'm doing good lol. Lol how bout you lol?
A: lol i'm doing good too lol.

Rule of lol 

This rule is applicable when a female or male writes "lol" more than one time in one sentence to another person consistently. It signifies that this male or female is on said person's dick (metaphorically speaking). As you will notice prolonging the phrase, "lol" sounds like someone is sucking a penis.

Wow he/she is writing "lol" twice in each sentence again and again.

when the term Lol is used to make something that would normally be socially unacceptable when said ok. also used with lmao, rofl, and jk for more serious statements

Nicole: I told him that i hated him and that i never wanted to see his face again, but then i used the lol rule to make it ok

mike: i told her that i was gonna come over to her house tonight and she didnt seem to like it so i used the lol rule and it was fine after that.
