A robusac is a type of reusable plastic bag designed to be strong and durable, allowing it to be reused many times. The term "robusac" is a contraction of the words "robust" and "sac" (=bag in French).
Robusacs are generally made from thicker, stronger plastic than traditional disposable plastic bags. They are designed to withstand heavier loads and feature sturdy handles to make carrying purchases easier. They are often offered as an alternative to disposable plastic bags in supermarkets and retail outlets. Their durability means they can be reused many times, reducing dependence on single-use plastic bags and helping to reduce plastic waste.

The use of robusacs can contribute to the reduction of plastic pollution by limiting the quantity of disposable plastic bags used. What's more, many robusacs are made from recycled plastic or are themselves recyclable, making them more environmentally friendly.

To take something small, that doesn't quite qualify as a theft. Probably from the Danish "skæv" or the Dutch "scheef", both of which are pronounced similarly, meaning "askew, or not quite right'. To change an item's ownership without permission, but only something small and of little worth.
