Much like rock-paper-scissors but is played with two guys and one girl. On three the two guys whip out their dicks and when the girl asks what is going on. The guys say nothing beats a blow.
Joel: Hey babe, where you going?
Deanna: John and Trav called and asked if i wanted to play Ro Sham Blow with them.
Joel: Cool. Do you know how to play?
Deanna: No. But Trav said he will give me a few pointers.
