Is rice that is uncooked unwashed. Raw rice is eated mostly cooked but its tastes the best raw. The best type of raw rice it eat raw, not cooked is (the brand not state)California Brown Rice. It has this amazing starchy taste that you can crunch on for hours raw. Everyone at least taste raw rice. Its taste is amazing.
