RTX

RTX is a graphics card (GPU) and it used for gaming only. Its a huge dream for people to have one since its really expensive. Its most likely used with minecraft after minecraft officially declares that the RTX program is now on their game now but it require a RTX card as well...

In some games the RTX card will add a really cool ray tracing and highers the game's graphics to higher than you would expect..
(btw am kinda angry because i was Writing this definition and then I accidentally clicked the home button which lead to Lose all what I have written so expect a little bit less quality definition)

RTX On

A variation of the resolution comparison meme that spawned from the Real-time Raytracing feature added in Nvidia's new GeForce RTX 20 series, which enhanced certain visuals of games like Battlefield V and Shadow of the Tomb Raider. There isn't that much difference other than the format now being automatically locked to a before and after meme.

RTX Off: *shows a stylish black car while someone's getting blown up*
RTX On: *the same thing, but the explosion is now also appearing on the surface of the car*

Ratfucker

Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.

Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
