anticlimactic, disappointing. Creating a huge build-up to a fizzle.

I thought that show was great, until they pulled a Lost.

Pulled a LOST

To have a good run of quality in any endeavor only to fuck up horribly at the end.

Tom's presentation had them ready to sign the contract but then he pulled a LOST when they figured out he didn't know what the fuck he was talking about.
