When you are experiencing diarrhea & vomiting simultaneously.

Usually brought about by food poisoning, drunkenness & sometimes the flu.

"Suddenly, I awoke from a drunken stupor freezing but sweating profusely & all of the sudden I felt the permutation of my gut churning nuclear waste from all the white castle & strohs I inhaled earlier that evening. I waddled to the bathroom in high gear & crash-landed on the toilet & as soon as I could grasp the waste basket, the poopychucking had begun."
