Pleep ploop is used to further the conversation, it can be used in any tone or way, it can be used defensively, or it can be used in a much friendlier tone , almost seems random when it comes up in conversation but it’s not.

Ploep 

It's when you grab a girls nipple with your fingers or mouth or teeth and pull a little and make it bounce back. The bouncing of the breast is the ploep.

I pulled that girls nipple with my teeth and it went ploep.
