When you eat hot pizza with cheese, and burn the top of your mouth, causing pieces skin to hang down.

"This pizza just came out of the oven. If I eat it now I'll get pizza roof"

Pizza roofie

The practice of pizza delivery drivers compressing a pizza box so that the chess from the pizza sticks to the roof of the box. This practice usually occurs when a customer has a history of not tipping drivers.

I was too broke to tip the pizza guy last time so the next time I ordered I got a pizza roofie.
