Pilmerries

A group of English protestants who wanted a more lighthearted lifestyle and belief-system than their perpetually-straightfaced contemporaries; they therefore set sail across the Atlantic Ocean for da New World, landing at Dodge Rock and establishing a colony there.

Da Pilgrims and Pilmerries also had a group of "middle ground" counterparts (i.e., these folks just wanted to be moderately-cheerful, not going overboard in either direction), known as da "Pilamiables" --- they landed at Chrysler Rock and also established a Mopar-themed settlement.
