Accessing a rich person’s wireless network from the suburbs which allows you to use their internet connection without their permission which offends not only the rich person, but the ISP because the ISP wants you to pay over 60 dollars a month for cheap bogged-down high speed internet.
A stupid rich stuck-up person from the suburbs bought a wireless router with BROADBAND internet connection (which is totally bogged down by the ISP) and encrypted it with a password but since passwords are crackable the talented hacker cracked the password and is now using the rich persons wireless network which now gives them free internet.
The authorities caught a coupe of people doing this and labeled this a Piggyback.
