Penargment is a rare disease found in both females and males, most predominantly in males. It is where a person is born with increased penis growth rates. Males can grow a penis up to 30" and females can grow a penis up to 16”.
This disease was discovered in 2009 by Dr E Burns. The disease is not deadly in most cases, however can be surgically removed if it becomes painful.
There is not much research on this disease yet, only 28 patients have ever been discovered to have this disease and most statistics are not accurate. However, the pain levels for females is significantly higher than the pain levels for males.
