Pavlov Butt 

The condition in which when you approach a toilet your butt begins to do something akin to drooling. Also, your sense of urgency to use the toilet is inversely proportional to your distance from it.
This is a conditioned response which can be triggered by many different things depending on the individual and his habits.

Pavlov Butt makes me hurry and rush to use the bathroom.

When you go to pee, but your colon decides it's time to take the Brownies for a swim. Happens too often to be a coincidence.

"I can't believe it Marge. Everytime I sit down to pee, my butthole thinks it's time to poop! I must have have Pavlov's Butthole!"
