Pathofexilitis (noun) (path-oh-eks-ill-EYE-tis)-
A condition characterized by the compulsive and unyielding need to play Path of Exile 2, often resulting in the sudden inability to attend work, social engagements, or any event lacking loot drops and skill trees. Symptoms include marathon gaming sessions, irrational attachment to rare items, and an aversion to responsibilities. While not medically recognized, sufferers will vehemently argue that "just one more map" is a valid life priority.
