Someone (mostly a research professor) who could go to any extent to get his pointless research published.

My prof is such a "Paper Whore" material, he would even suck my dingy dong to get his work done.

A boss that gives you papers for no reason, either disciplinary or randomly, in a way that is not very helpful for you.

- She just gave me a disciplinary paper on something she never told me!
