American Slang for a homosexual male. The hand movement consists of bending your arms at the wrists and crossing them over each other, making your fingers/hands represent the leaves and your arms, up to your elbows, the trunk.
"Hey, I'm talking to this guy and I think he might be a Palm Tree."
