The act of being ousted/kicked out of a social group without any known reason. Generally happens over night, and is PERMANENT.

Bob: Have you talked to Steve today?

Shawn: Oh you didn’t hear? He’s been pablinko’d. He’s no longer part of the group and you’ll never see him again.
