Incompetent management looking to pass off their responsibility to people simply not working hard enough, utilize manipulation and bully technic to underpay their workers and degrade their value so they feel too pitiful and depressed to leave until they became one work the train track.

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".

A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
