Persistent Trump Derangement Syndrome. Not to be confused with PTSD, which it resembles.
A chronic psychological disorder, in response to four years of unparalleled madness. Estimated to affect every last barely-breathing American, no matter their persuasion, it is projected to continue long after Trump has faded into irrelevance.

She knew that Biden was President-elect. She understood that Trump would, somehow, exit the White House, probably in a straightjacket. She had heard Mitch, Geraldo and Kellyanne accept the simple truth that the election was entirely legitimate. Still, her mind seethed with the craziness: "I WON! FRAUDULENT! STOLEN! STABLE GENIUS! NEVER CONCEDE!" as it corrupted her soul, making thought, work and sleep difficult. It was a classic case of PTDS, and she took comfort in knowing she was not alone.
