Someone who is bold enough to swing so low as to write a definition about someone but not strong enough to confront them in person. Probably smokes or pops pills (maybe even both). Basically a weak-minded person who's mind is still left in High School. Probably treats others in a very condescending manor or is known for being a bitch. They have so much to say yet they don't know or don't care to get to know others well. They think the world revolves around them and will have someone else put them in their place one day.
