(n.)Overcompensatasexual, a person who tries way too hard to prove their particular sexual preference to be authentic. This may include boisterous snapping by would be gays, excessive crotch grabbing by would be straights, or the constant broadcasting of how much one loves the idea of moving in together after two weeks of dating and doing arts and crafts by would be lesbians.

Girl: "Oh God, here comes Dave he's always trying to prove that he's straight by hitting on me. Honestly though, I think he's an overcompensatasexual. I mean he knows all the words to Celine Dion's Let's Talk About Love album."
