The act of antagonization in an attempt to maximize adversaries.

Guy 1: "Man, I can't stand Fred anymore."
Guy 2: "Yeah, man, he's just been so mean to everyone these days. He must be Oppmaxxing."

To repeatedly blabber the same thing over and over, usually done when no one is listening.

"Michael, can you tell Shane to stop orbmaxxing no one here cares about his legacy hardware that ended support."
