Nob Popper 

A device that it used commonly in the workshop and is usually named as a 'tap' and is used to engrave spiral patterns around a piece of thin metal BUT in this circumstance is used to place over the bellend and to rotate as far around as possible, preferably a 360 degree turn so that the nob/bellend flies off at many miles per hour.

For example, I grabbed the nob popper as I had a serious itch on my nob and decided to twist it until my dick uncontrollably bled and my nob flew into the teachers mouth while explaining how to progress with the next step in making a balance toy.
