Weight loss is inevitable when the college diet is combined with the natural daily exercise one gets from walking from class to class carrying a heavy backpack.

A weight loss program in which a person ingests sperm in the place of sweets. The sperm replacement hinders both the oral fixation of needing to graze as well as reinforcing the mind that sweets are not required. To be in conjunction with good eating and exercize. Found effective in reducing cravings. Sperm ingestion to be performed at time of cravings for sweets. Also helped tone neck and jaw areas.
I was 210 lbs. After three weeks of strictly working out and eating properly, I had lost 12 lbs. Then it slowed to about a pound or two a week.
