She is totally a Skeleton Puppet. AFAJHSDFH She also appears in FNaF UCN and FNaF VR Help Wanted. |She has teeth and will turn you into a Spaghetti, beware of Papyrus

As with the other nightmares, it opportunistically torments its victims. Its voice is low-pitched, distorted, and also stutters in a glitch-like fashion.
