Neuro-net processor 

A processing CPU in the Terminator that allows it to learn from its surroundings, usually learning quite a bit it can eventually take on human characteristics.

A learning computer, preferably a Gateway. Typically possessed by robotic police officers in search of John Connor. Cybernetic organisms frequently utilize this processor in order to murder the most amount of people possible.
