Someone that does not indulge in the use of narcotics or other illicit substances but would rather abstain from such thing
Similar to teetotalism but for drugs instead of alcohol

Person 1: "Hey what's your opinion on doing drugs?"
Person 2: "I prefer to not do them as a narcillicitabstainist."
